What began as a joint-effort of a group of individuals since 2020 looking at ways to help develop Philippine’s newly established autonomous region known as the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM), eventually became a mission when the lack of air transportation facilities in that region was identified as a major priority of need. The opportunity presented itself when an established and experienced team of local aviation professionals were introduced into the group. Gathering the participation of foreign individuals who share the same vision and who are dedicated to help develop this region with the common aspiration of creating an intrinsic and cultural- based aviation advocacy, Federal Airways Inc., was born with Bangsamoro Airways as its trade name.

The Management team is composed of high-net worth individuals with combined work experience of over 150 years in the sectors of Aviation, Marketing, IT, BPO, Government Affairs, International Trade and Finance particularly in South East Asia and Middle East. Many of them are respected personalities in their domain of expertise. The aviation experience of the team is also one to be proud of as they come with extensive manhours of Flight Pilotage, Operations and Management in the General Aviation and Airline Industry in the country and from abroad.
